Residents at St. Joseph Village (SJV) celebrated the Fourth of July with a barbecue lunch and patriotic themed Happy Hour.
The afternoon was filled with music and community spirit as Monsignor Henry Petter entertained residents with familiar, uplifting tunes on his harmonica accompanied by a guitarist. The lively performance had many residents singing along and enjoying the festive atmosphere.
Adding to the excitement, volunteers from the National Charity League (link) joined the celebration, encouraging residents to sing, dance and participate in the fun. Their energy helped create a joyful and engaging experience for everyone in attendance.
As part of the celebration, SJV residents also took time to honor and recognize the men and women who have served our country.
