Residents at St. Joseph Village (SJV) celebrated the end of summer in true island style with a festive Hawaiian Luau!
The event brought residents together for an afternoon filled with live music, Hawaiian-inspired food and plenty of fun and fellowship. The menu included Hawaiian chicken and pork, white steamed rice, Hawaiian macaroni salad, island veggies, pineapple cupcakes and blue hurricane cocktails and mocktails.
“This is great. I love the decorations, fellowship and seeing everyone dressed up in bright colors,” shared Dolores Burns, resident.With great food, music and even better company, SJV’s Hawaiian Luau was a memorable way to say Aloha to summer.
