At CHRISTUS St. Joseph Village, our Culinary Program is led by an experienced and dedicated team of professionals, including a Culinary Director, Dining Managers, an Executive Chef, and a Sous Chef, who together bring over 45 years of combined experience in culinary management. Quality is our highest priority.  

All teas, lemonades, and coffees are brewed fresh daily. We offer a wide variety of premium ice creams and use only 100% American raised meats - always fresh, never frozen. Our vegetables are sourced from trusted organic suppliers to ensure exceptional quality. Regardless of whether a resident lives independently or in assisted living, everyone has access to thoughtfully curated specility menus featuring healthy choices, seasonal burgers, fresh salads, and more.

Cottage Homes & Independent Living - Grace East

Grace East residents enjoy the flexibility to dine in either the Bistro or the Marquis Dining Room during the week. The Marquis Dining Room provides a refined four-course dining experience, beginning with soup and salad, continuing with a chef-prepared entree, and concluding with a decadent dessert. A complimentary continental breakfast is also available Monday through Friday in The Marquis.

Sunday brunch is a resident favorite, featuring live-action stations such as our famous omelet bar, waffle bar and meat carving station, available on select Sundays. The brunch spread includes freshly baked pastries like cinnamon rolls and Danishes, an assortment of fresh-cut fruits, chef-inspired soups and salads, and comforting entree options like meatloaf, chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, broccoli, and more.

Assisted Living - Grace West

Grace West residents enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner in their dedicated dining rooms, with in-room meal service available as part of their personalized care plans.

For breakfast, residents may choose from a variety of options including eggs prepared to order, sausage, bacon, hot and cold cereals, a variety of breads, and several styles of potatoes. Daily specialty offerings include favorites such as biscuits and gravy, pancakes, French toast, and omelets.

Lunch and dinner menus include a roating selection of entree choices along with a dedicated specialty menu tailored to assisted living residents. This menu features sandwich specials, healthy options, fresh salads, burger selections, and more. A wide variety of beverages are available at every meal, including fresh-brewed tea, lemonade, coffee, milk, water and assorted juice.

We prioritize individualized care and work closely with residents to develop comprehensive dietary plans that support their medical and nutritional needs. We accommodate a variety of specialty diets, including renal and dysphagia diets, ensuring that each resident receives appropriate and nourishing meals. Our menus are designed to be heart-healthy and diabetes-friendly, promoting overall wellness and quality of life.

CHRISTUS St. Joseph Village residents can visit our Bistro Monday through Saturday for snacks, lunch, specialty milk shakes or a cup of coffee with friends.
